City man charged after Sept. 4 stabbing near Riverwalk

A Jamestown man has been charged in relation to a stabbing near the Chadakoin Riverwalk on Sept. 4.

City police officers responded to the incident at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 4 in the area of 7 N.

Main St. for a reported stabbing that had occurred near the Riverwalk Trail.

The victim was located, treated, and transported for further care after sustaining what was believed to be serious injuries as a result of the stabbing.
