Two More Measles Cases in Atlanta Daycare Outbreak Confirmed by Georgia DPH

Georgia health officials confirm two additional measles cases linked to a metro Atlanta daycare outbreak.

The Georgia Department of Public Health has confirmed two additional measles cases associated with an outbreak at a metro Atlanta daycare.

The new cases bring the daycare outbreak total to 10. Including the latest cases, Georgia has confirmed 16 measles cases so far in 2026.

DPH continues working to identify and notify individuals who may have been exposed to the virus.
