Darby juvenile charged as adult held on attempted murder in July shooting
A Darby juvenile charged as an adult in a July 13 shooting in the borough has been held over for Common Pleas Court on all charges.
Dallante Peterson, 15, is charged with attempted murder of the first degree, robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a minor for allegedly shooting a 17-year-old boy at the victim’s home on the 100 block of North Fifth Street.
District Judge Lee Cullen Grimes heard from the victim during a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
The victim told Deputy District Attorney Geoff Paine that he had been contacted that day via a video call from a person looking to buy a vape from him for $35.
