Boynton Beach, Florida man accused of molesting child arrested years after alleged abuse reported

A Boynton Beach man has been arrested and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation following an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving a child, according to the Boynton Beach Police Department.

Investigators said the allegations date back several years and were reported to police in August 2026.

According to a probable cause affidavit, the victim told detectives that Jackson repeatedly touched her inappropriately while she was a child and living in homes the family shared with him.

The victim reported multiple incidents in which Jackson allegedly touched her while she was sleeping.

Investigators also spoke with the victim's mother, who said her daughter disclosed the alleged abuse years ago and described additional incidents she witnessed or learned about.

Police said investigators later conducted a recorded phone call with Jackson and interviewed him at the police department.

According to the affidavit, Jackson acknowledged touching the victim and later wrote an apology letter to the victim and her family.
