Teen charged in connection with fatal York County 'rival gang' shooting to appear in court

One of the two teenagers charged in connection with a deadly shooting in May at a York County park will appear in court Tuesday morning, according to court records.

Kveyon Shue, 17 , is scheduled to appear at 8:45 a.m. for a formal arraignment following a shooting on May 5 at Penn Park that left Dy Qual Harris dead.

He was arrested on July 8 after being announced as a suspect in June and charged with criminal homicide and conspiracy to commit criminal homicide.

PREVIOUS | Second arrest made in deadly York park shooting involving 'rival gangs': court docs Troy Brown Jr was arrested on May 27 in connection with what officials described as a "gang-related conflict between rival groups." Court documents said an anonymous tipster told police Harris was associated with a group called the "Southside Gang," and the two suspects were with the "Parkway Gang." Detective Andy Baez previously said they were able to identify suspects using surveillance cameras.
