Two Marshalltown, Iowa men charged after Saturday shooting

MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa — Two Marshalltown men face multiple felony charges after police say shots were fired at a home Saturday morning.

Officers were called to the 300 block of North 14th Avenue shortly after 6 a.m. Saturday for a report of a possible drive-by shooting.

Police said they found evidence that shots had been fired at a residence, but no one was hurt. The suspects left the area before officers arrived.

Investigators later developed two persons of interest. On Sunday, officers found and detained both men at a local bar.
