Fireworks Explosion Hits Santa María Canchesdá Festival

The explosion occurred during festivities connected to the patronal celebration in Santa María Canchesdá, State of Mexico, where residents had gathered near the local church.

The blast caused a structure near the church to collapse, prompting a large emergency response involving firefighters, paramedics, police and civil protection teams.
