York, Elizabethtown, and Weigelstown around 1150 AM EDT. Red Lion, Dallastown, and Columbia around 1200 PM EDT. Windsor, Mountville, and Codorus around 1210 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Arendtsville, York Haven, Gardners, Glenville, and Fawn Grove. Radar has indicated rotation within these severe thunderstorms. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms. This includes the following Interstates. The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 220 to 258. Interstate 81 from mile markers 39 to 71. Interstate 83 from mile markers 0 to 50. Interstate 283 from mile markers 0 to 2
