Ferry Carrying 260 People Capsizes Off Northern Cyprus

A ferry carrying around 260 people capsized several kilometres off the coast of Northern Cyprus on Sunday, according to local media.

Search Operation Underway

The catamaran-style vessel had departed from the port of Kyrenia, also known as Girne, before it began sinking offshore.

A search operation is underway, with no immediate reports of casualties.
