Lexington, Kentucky police respond to early morning shooting

LEXINGTON, Kentucky — LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Lexington police responded to an early morning shooting that left one person injured.

The Lexington Police Department says officers responded to the 600 block of Ohio Street around 3:30a.m. Saturday for reports of shots fired.

Officers found one adult victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Police say the victim was taken to the hospital with reported non-life threatening injuries.
