Maharashtra: 3 Newborns Killed, 6 Injured

Three newborn babies died after a fire broke out in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the Amravati District Women's Hospital in Maharashtra early Monday, according to the information provided.

The fire broke out at around 3:30 am on the hospital's third floor.

Preliminary information suggests that the blaze started following an explosion in a ventilator in the NICU.
