Tulsa, Oklahoma man stabbed in the head while sleeping, police say

TULSA, Oklahoma — TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police are investigating a stabbing that took place on Saturday around 12:20 a.m.

According to police, officers responded to a call for a stabbing near 1300 South Detroit Avenue.

When officers arrived on scene, the stabbing victim was already inside of the EMSA vehicle and was being taken to the hospital for treatment The victim told officers he was laying down when an unknown man stabbed him in the head while he slept.

The victim gave a general description of the suspect. Tulsa Police searched for the suspect but did not find anyone that matched the description.
