2 men arrested in connection with deadly: Latest Details
Two of the men arrested after a deadly shooting in Clifton appeared in court for the first time Wednesday morning. Matthew Napier, 19, and Kayden Moore, 18, are charged with murder and aggravated robbery. A third suspect, Kevin Couch, 19, is also charged.
WLWT checked jail records overnight and he was not listed as an inmate. We have called the jail to see what that means and when he's due in court. We are waiting to hear back. Police said Couch was arrested Tuesday, along with Napier and Moore.
All three are linked to the shooting that killed Harry Nelson, 19, early Tuesday morning. Officials say a second person was shot and they are recovering in the hospital. Police have not identified that person.
In court Wednesday, Moore's attorney said he never got out of the car and didn't know what was happening. Detectives said that wasn't true. Napier's attorney argued that he was unarmed. Detectives also said this wasn't true.
