Manhattan Office Shooting Sparks Outcry: Everytown VP Calls Attack a ‘Warzone’ and Demands Change

Nick Suplina, the senior vice president for law and policy at Everytown for Gun Safety, a gun control advocacy group, issued a statement on the shooting:

“A workplace in my city turned into a warzone today when a gunman went on a rampage armed with a weapon of war. No one should have to take cover from gunfire — whether at work, school, or anywhere in their community. We can’t accept this as normal.”
