Shane Tamura, 27, Wore Vest & Used AR-15 in NYC Shooting; 5 Dead Including Officer, Suicide

The suspect, 27 y.o. Shane Tamura of Las Vegas, wore a bulletproof vest & used an AR-15-style rifle before dying by suicide on the 33rd floor of 345 Park Ave. Police discovered a Las Vegas concealed carry permit on his body. The tragic attack ended with 5 people killed, including a police officer.
