The Grand Traverse County Sheriff’s Office has announced a press conference will be held today, Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. to provide an update on the Walmart stabbing incident that shocked the local community.
Top county and healthcare officials will be speaking, including:
- Grand Traverse County Sheriff: Mike Shea
- County Prosecutor: Noelle Moeggenberg
- Munson Medical Center President: Joe Hurshe
- Munson Chief Medical Officer: Dr. Tom Schermerhorn
