Leicester Woman Arrested After Human Remains Found Buried at Home

An 86-year-old Leicester woman was arrested after police discovered human remains buried at her home, sparking a major investigation by Leicestershire Police.

Officers were called to the residential property after receiving a report suggesting that a body might be buried on the premises. A forensic search followed, and human remains were uncovered in the backyard, prompting the immediate arrest of the elderly woman.
