Four individuals, including three teens, were shot on a SEPTA bus in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on Saturday. A man in his 40s allegedly opened fire. The victims, two 16-year-olds, a 14-year-old, and a 39-year-old woman, are stable. No arrests yet.
