Acklam stabbing: Two men arrested after 37-year-old suffers serious injuries

Two men have been arrested after a 37-year-old sustained serious injuries in a stabbing on Thursday morning.

The incident took place on Ruskin Avenue, Acklam, at around 2.30am. A 37-year-old man was taken to Middlesbrough’s James Cook University Hospital with serious injuries, which are not believed to be life threatening.

Two men aged 27 and 29 have been arrested in connection with the incident and they remain in police custody at this time.
