A $10,000 reward has been announced for information leading to the capture of the Laurel County shooter, now facing 10 charges.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Jackie Steele confirmed that warrants have been issued for 32-year-old Joseph A. Couch.
He is currently charged with five counts of attempted murder and five counts of assault, with additional charges such as criminal mischief and wanton endangerment potentially forthcoming.
The Kentucky State Police are leading the ongoing manhunt for Couch.
