Kentucky Shooter possible “Sniper Nest” Next to a Truck stop! Person of interest identified as 32-year-old Joseph A. Couch in the Kentucky shooting which is ongoing; He had posted an AR 15 this morning with 2000 rounds of ammo.

Not confirmed but reports say whoever this was may have started near this tower overlooking a truck stop of I-75
