A woman has been stabbed to death and a 17-year-old girl is among two other people fighting for their lives.
A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, following the horror in Garton, Manchester. A major police scene remains in place on the residential road in the east of the city. Three forensic tents are in place, outside a house, in the road and another in the front garden.
