BELLE GLADE, Fla. (CBS12) — Four people are dead after a vehicle was found upside down in a canal in Belle Glade, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue (PBCFR).
According to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Capt. Tom Reyes, units received a call about a car in a canal near Hatton Highway at around 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, units found the vehicle upside down in the canal with 10 people trapped inside.
