UPDATE: Officials are reporting that that the aircraft took off from Dunkirk Airport, headed to Florida, when it lost electrical power. The pilot was reportedly able to land the Citation at Jamestown Airport, and everyone exited the plane before it burst into flames. According to a photo, the aircraft appears to be a possible private jet.
