PRAIRIE COUNTY (KATV) — A spokesperson with the Arkansas State Police has confirmed there is a suspected shooter in De Valls Bluff, Prairie County.

The spokesperson stated the suspect has barricaded himself in an area and has been exchanging gunfire with local law enforcement.
