Boy, 13, shot dead by police officers after trying to flee

A 13-year-old boy has died after being shot by officers in New York State last night. 

Utica Police said officers stopped two juveniles at about 10.15pm on the 900 block of Shaw Street in relation to a police investigation. However, the force said one of the juveniles fled during the stop.
