A dam has bursted on the Ural River in Orsk, Russia, prompting evacuations. The city is beginning to be flooded, and it’s being reported that if the dam completely breaks, the waters of the Ural River could flood more than 4,000 houses.
Rescuers are currently trying to stop the breakthrough and are working to strengthen the dam. Video:
