Nikolai Ryzhkov, the former head of the USSR government, has died

Nikolai Ryzhkov, the last prime minister of the USSR, has died. He was 94 years old. The Donetsk Region native, who was a Russian senator, supported the invasion of Ukraine and the annexation of Ukrainian regions, for which he was included in the sanctions lists.
