The Norwalk Fire Department was called to a two-story house fire on Tuesday on Center Avenue.
Fire officials say no one was injured.
The house had three apartments. All residents were displaced, including 10 occupants and one dog.
Officials said the Red Cross is providing housing for the occupants.
