Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is working on a deal to sell a majority stake in the NBA franchise

Mark Cuban is selling a majority stake in the Dallas Mavericks to the Adelson family, per TheSteinLine & ShamsCharania.

The deal values the team at around $3.5 billion & Cuban will retain full control of basketball operations.

Cuban paid $285M for the team in 2000.
