After arriving at the scene, officers engaged in pursuit of the suspect, who fled in a vehicle. According to BPD spokesperson Jessica Perry in an email, the chase ended in a collision on 9th and Gilman street. The suspect was arrested and transported to BPD jail.
Additionally, two victims were found in the surrounding area of the initial scene. Perry noted in the email the victims included a man who was chased down the street and sustained injuries to his hands, and another woman who was stabbed.
