Two pilots are dead following a mid-air collision at the Reno air race show

Two pilots have been killed in a crash during the National Championship Air Races at Reno-Stead Airport. The incident occurred following the conclusion of the T-6 Gold race when, upon landing, two planes collided. Fortunately, there were no other reported injuries. The aircraft involved in the accident included a single-engine North American T-6 G and a single-engine North American AT-6B. The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board will be conducting a thorough investigation into the crash.
