15-Year-Old Shot and Left in Driveway in Northeast Philadelphia; Investigation Underway

A young man is dead after being shot multiple times and left in the driveway of a home in Northeast Philadelphia on Thursday evening, according to a spokesperson with the police department.
Paramedics found the 15-year-old boy unresponsive just after 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 3 in the driveway of a home along Revere Street in the Mayfair section, officials said.
The boy was shot multiple times throughout his body, police reported. The boy was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead around 6:40 p.m.
Witnesses told investigators that they saw a car pull into the driveway and someone in the car pushed the teen out.
Police have identified the boy as Rasheid Lynch.
No arrests have been made yet and the investigation is being conducted by the Homicide Unit.
