Madison Workman Named Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Hospital Pembroke

Workman has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, elevating patient experience and driving clinical growth and organizational performance. During his tenure, he helped lead more than $100 million in construction and capital investment while advancing initiatives focused on hospital operations, patient throughput, quality and expansion.

His responsibilities expanded to include Broward Health’s systemwide Safety and Security program and leadership of its COO Council.
