Minor flooding advisory issued for parts of St. At 4:43 p.m., Doppler radar indicated heavy rain.

Charles Parish Minor flooding is expected in low-lying areas and places with poor drainage in east-central St. Between 1 and 2.5 inches had fallen, with more moderate to heavy rain moving into the area.
