Two Charged after Daytime Stabbing in Hagerstown, Maryland

Officers responded to the scene, and learned a stabbing took place and the victim was suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. During the incident, it was learned that the suspect was involved in a verbal and physical altercation with the victim.

The victim was transported to Meritus Medical Center for medical treatment.
