Oliver Ames brings free college credits into high school

Fifty-two Oliver Ames High School students are earning college credit without leaving their school or paying tuition through a new Early College Program with Quincy College. Classes are taught by Oliver Ames teachers during the regular school day, with state funding covering tuition, books and other expenses.
The students can earn up to 15 college credits before graduation, according to a community announcement.
