Heartbreaking attack caught on camera at high school campus on Maui

Maui police have made an arrest and increased security at Baldwin High School after a video of an assault on campus became part of a criminal investigation. It is blurred because it involves minors.

The video was taken Monday on the school’s campus in Wailuku. In the video, a boy kicks and punches another boy for nearly a minute while the victim tries to walk away.
