Man dead, two detained following shooting on Crockett Street

A man is dead and two others have been detained following a shooting Friday afternoon in Memphis, police said. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

According to the Memphis Police Department, officers responded to a shooting call in the 800 block of Crockett Street around 4:35 p.m.
