Woman charged with Intoxication Manslaughter in crash that killed Harley rider

A collision that killed a Harley Davidson rider has led to charges against a woman accused of driving drunk and causing the crash. The DPS says the preliminary crash investigation indicates that at about 7:15 p.m.
