ACLU of Oregon releases video showing ICE agent stabbing tire of couple’s car in Hillsboro

“Our clients were simply trying to get away,” said Kelly Simon, ACLU of Oregon legal director. Keeping a distance, they followed the vehicle into the parking lot of the Safeway in Hillsboro’s Tanasbourne Village, according to the filing.

The couple saw what they believed to be an ICE vehicle in their Beaverton neighborhood.
