Hit-and-run suspect arrested in South LA crash that killed 16-year-old boy and injured his sister

Police arrested Raygine Glentasia Evans on Wednesday morning in connection with the crash. Hernan was killed, and Vicki suffered serious injuries.

According to police, Evans was traveling about 80 mph when she struck the family. The arrest comes about a week after police held a news conference announcing a $50,000 reward for information leading to Evans' arrest.
