Grand jury indicts four men in deadly Waco, Texas shooting sparked by threats on social media

Four men were indicted Thursday in an Aug. 23 shooting death of Victor Jesus Silva-Delgadillo during a fight outside a residence in the 3600 block of North 20th Street.

23 incident that left a Waco man dead and another with serious injuries. According to arrest affidavits, the violence escalated from a dispute between Hernandez and Servin.
