GSIAA officially running, opening school membership application soon

The Gulf State Independent Athletic Association officially debuted in a news conference Thursday morning in Montgomery. Many of those schools from AISA are expected to make the jump to the GSIAA.

The news comes weeks after the leaders with the Alabama Independent School Association announced plans to dissolve sports after the 2026-2027 school year.
