Lindsay Clancy’s Lawyer Rejects Testimony Claim in Massachusetts Wrongful-Death Lawsuit

Lindsay Clancy’s attorney has disputed claims that she plans to testify in her former husband’s wrongful-death lawsuit against her mental health providers in Massachusetts.
During Wednesday’s hearing in Dedham, Patrick Clancy’s lawyer, Howard Cooper, said he expected Lindsay to testify that she had warned providers about thoughts of harming her children, once questions surrounding her Fifth Amendment rights were resolved.
Her criminal defense attorney, Kevin Reddington, denied that she had made those statements to providers or agreed to testify.
Lindsay faces charges over the January 2023 deaths of the couple’s three children in Duxbury. Her first murder trial ended in a mistrial.
