Second Woman Arrested in Four-Year-Old Colby Cooks’ Death in Atlanta, Georgia

Atlanta police have arrested a second woman in connection with the death of four-year-old Colby Cooks, who was found inside a Cardinal Drive home during a welfare check Monday night.

Jasmaine Jenkins was arrested Thursday by Atlanta police’s fugitive unit and the Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office, according to WSB-TV.

Police now have Jenkins and Jasmaine Smoak in custody. Wilkes County authorities also assisted with Smoak’s arrest earlier this week.
