Manitowoc Man Who Punched Corrections Officer in the Face Due in Court

A Manitowoc man charged after punching a corrections officer is due in court. Upon review of surveillance footage from the jail, Huybers’ Substantial Battery charge was referred to the District Attorney’s Office.

These charges arose after Huybers was taken into custody back in April on a probation warrant for his arrest.
