Family files lawsuit over hospital restraint death

A family has filed a lawsuit after a man died while being restrained at a hospital. Francis Hospital for alcohol withdrawal symptoms and had been there for two days when he tried to leave and became involved in a struggle with hospital staff.

Davis’ attorneys released body-camera video of the March incident Tuesday.
