Manheim Township commissioners address Celso Mesias’ DUI arrest

The Manheim Township Board of Commissioners discussed the recent DUI arrest of Commissioner Celso Mesias during Monday night’s meeting. Under state law, the commissioners have no authority or ability to take action against Commissioner Mesias related to this matter.

“I want to briefly address a recent incident regarding the personal actions of Commissioner Mesias.
