Minnesota Supreme Court suspends attorney Ayodele Ojo

The Minnesota Supreme Court agreed with the referee that an indefinite suspension was warranted. It also conditioned Ojo’s reinstatement upon providing the OLPR director with information related to handling of client funds.
However, the court held that the right to petition for reinstatement should not be granted until eight months.
